Partnership Approach in the Education of Primary School Pupils

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem partnerský přístup ve vzdělávání žáků mladšího školního věku. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah vybraných typů základních škol v České republice k partnerskému přístupu. V teoretické části práce je představena humanistická teorie, o jejíž východiska se partnerský přístup opírá. V této části práce je dále konceptualizován pojem partnerský přístup pomocí pilířů definovaných autory, kteří se danou problematikou zabývali. Empirická část přináší interpretaci a analýzu dat získaných výzkumnými metodami, konkrétně dotazníkového šetření učitelů z vybraných typů základních škol a obsahové analýzy školních vzdělávacích programů vybraných typů škol. Přínosem práce je analýza v českém školství doposud málo zmapované problematiky a široká komparace vybraných typů škol v dané tématice. Pro budoucí práce na dané téma považuje autor přínosnou zejména konceptualizaci partnerského přístupu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the partnership approach in younger school pupil education. The aim of the thesis is to analyse a relationship of the selected types of elementary schools in the Czech Republic to the partnership approach. A theoretical basis of the partnership approach, a humanistic theory, is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the very part of work, the partnership approach is examined on the basis of pillars defined by authors, who dealt with the given issue. The empirical part is concerned by interpretation and analyses of data obtained by research methods - questionnaire survey for teachers and content analysis of school educational programs. Due to the fact the partnership approach is not examined enough in the Czech educational environment, the main contribution of the work is the deep analyses of this topic and the examination of the term partnership approach.
