Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat a zhodnotit využívání informačních systémů dotazovaných společností, které působí na mediálním trhu a navrhnout implementaci efektivnějšího podnikového informačního systému. Pro zmapování a zhodnocení systému byly využity obsahové analýzy a rozhovory a metoda HOS 8. Na základě těchto metod byl zjištěn typ užívaného systému. Díky analýzám se zjistilo, zda je systém dostačující pro potřeby podniku. V poslední řadě byly zjištěny zásady implementace efektivního systému a jeho kritéria. Společnosti působící na mediální trhu využívají SCM a CRM systémy, které jsou obsaženy v integraci ERP. Ukázalo se, že užívaný systém XY zkoumaným podnikem je nedostačující pro potřeby společnosti. Dle analýzy HOS 8 je kritériem efektivního systému jeho vyváženost se speciálním fokusem na SW oblast. Mezi hlavní zásady implementace efektivního IS patří analýza, návrh, nasazení a testování. K všem 4 fázím procesu se pojí nutnost komunikace z obou stran. Doporučení jsou aplikovatelný především u firem působících na mediálním trhu. Nicméně zvolená metodika lze použít na všechny firmy, kterým pomáhá řídit pracovní proces informační systém.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map and evaluate the use of information systems of the surveyed companies that operate in the media market and to propose the implementation of a more efficient corporate information system. Content analyzes and interviews and the HOS 8 method were used to map and evaluate the system. Based on these methods, the type of system used was determined. The analyzes revealed whether the system was sufficient for the company's needs. Lastly, the principles of implementing an effective system and its criteria were identified. Companies operating in the media market use SCM and CRM systems, which are included in ERP integration. The XY system used by the company under investigation proved to be insufficient for the needs of the company. According to the HOS 8 analysis, the criterion of an effective system is its balance with a special focus on the SW area. The main principles of effective IS implementation include analysis, design, deployment and testing. The need for communication from both sides is connected to all 4 phases of the process. The recommendations are applicable especially to companies operating in the media market. However, the chosen methodology can be applied to all companies that the information system helps to manage the work process.
