Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nástrojů public relations, které mohou využívat základní školy pro komunikaci s veřejností. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem public relations v obecné rovině a charakterizuje blíže možnosti využití různých typů komunikačních nástrojů pro propagaci školy. Praktická část shrnuje poznatky získané z dotazníku, který byl předložen rodičům předškolních dětí. Tento dotazník byl zaměřen na to, jak komunikaci se školou vnímají rodiče a které prostředky public relations je nejvíce ovlivňují.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on analysis of means of public relations which primary schools can use for communication with the public. The theoretical part generally deals with the concept of public relations and in detail characterizes possible use of various means of communication assisting with promoting primary schools. The other part of my thesis includes findings from questionnaires which preschool age children parenst have been asked to fill in. The questionnaire concentrates on the fact how parenst of pupils perceive communication with  a school and which means of public relations can accomplish the best effects upon preschool parents.
