Abstract:

Diplomová práce Činnost Policie ČR na úseku drogové kriminality má za úkol objasnit význam a především důležitost boje proti drogové kriminalitě, která se řadí mezi aktuální témta dnešní doby. Odborná práce se zabývá historickým vývojem drogové scény na našem území od období první republiky až po současnost. Poukazuje na trendy užívání, legislativní úpravu a organizované zločinecké skupiny, které operují na našem území nebo ho využívají jako tranzitní zemi. Upozorňuje na složky policie, které spolupracují s Národní protidrogovou centrálou v boji proti omamným a psychotropním látkám, a to konkrétně na pořádkovou policii, dopravní policii a kriminální službu. Důležitý je však i historický vývoj útvaru, který aktivně bojoval s nelegálními látkami. Jelikož má drogová kriminalita nadnárodní charakter, je velmi významná i mezinárodní spolupráce, kdy protidrogová centrála spolupracuje s významnými organizacemi jako je Europol, či Interpol.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is to describe the meaning and importance of fighting drug related crime, a topic of current interest. Its focus is the history of drug scene in the Czech Republic from the times of the First Czechoslovak Republic to the present day. It covers the topics of the trends in use of drugs, drug related legislation and also groups of drug criminals operating in the Czech territory or using it as a transit country. Another topic of the thesis are the police units that collaborate with the National anti drug center to fight the abuse of psychoactive drugs. Among these units are riot police, traffic police and criminal investigation department. Another important aspect is also the history of the body that has been actively fighting drug related crime. As drug related crime tends to be multinational, international cooperation is also a very important topic with the anti drug center working together with organizations of importance such as Europol or Interpol.
