The aim of diploma thesis is detailed capital structure analysis of companies operating in three sectors (manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail trade) in selected eight European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Poland and Slovakia) in the time period from 2013 to 2017.
