Abstract: The subject of my thesis is the participation of Karel Nezbeda, a member of the Czechoslovak Armored Brigade, in the siege of Dunkirk between the autumn of 1944 and the spring of 1945. Tématem mé bakalářské práce je účast Karla Nezbedy, jako člena Československé obrněné brigády, při obléhání přístavního francouzského města Dunkerque v období podzim 1944 až jaro1945. V teoretické části uvádím jeho osudy do souvislosti s dějinnými událostmi a představuji blíže jeho osobu.
