Tato práce se zabývá právy stejnopohlavních párů v souvislosti s volným pohybem. Homosexuálové tvoří podstatnou část obyvatelstva Evropské unie a stejně jako ostatní občané chtějí i oni využívat svých práv. Při využívání práva volného pohybu jsou jim kladeny překážky v podobě neuznávání jejich civilního svazku. Nemohou se tak plně spoléhat na směrnici 2004/38/ES. This thesis is concerned with the right of same-sex couples with regards to the freedom of movement. Homosexuals create a significant part of European union population and same as others they want to use their rights.
