The structure and the distribution of profit in the business corporations.

Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce se nazývá Struktura a vypořádání hospodářského výsledku v dané obchodní korporaci. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, první část je teoreticko-metodická část, kde jsou stručně a podrobně vysvětleny všechny pojmy, které se prolínají i do části aplikační. V první části je tedy vysvětleno, co znamená pojem rozvaha, jaké druhy rozvahy existují, jaké má rozvaha funkce a strukturu a jsou zde stručně popsány jednotlivé složky, z kterých se rozvaha skládá. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na teorii o výkazu zisku a ztrát, podrobněji poté na náklady a výnosy, z kterých se tento výkaz skládá. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na strukturu výsledku hospodaření, a jakým způsobem může akciová společnost se svým výsledkem hospodaření naložit. Druhá část bakalářské práce, tedy aplikační část, se zaměřuje na analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztrát společnosti Reno Šumava a.s. za posledních 5 let. A dále na rozdělení a využití hospodářského výsledku za období 2011-2015.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is called Structure settlement of results in chosen business corporation. Bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the first part is theoretical - methodological part where all concepts are briefly and detailed explained which cut into application part. The first part explains what is meant by balance sheet, what kinds of balance do exist, what is the function and structure of balance and also there are brief descriptions of individual components of the balance sheet which consists of. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the theory of profit and loss, then further on costs and revenues, from which it is made. Finally it focuses on the structure of income and how a joint stock company can use its profit. The second part of the thesis, therefore application part, focuses on the analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss of Reno Šumava, a. s. in the last 5 years and further it is focused on distribution and utilization of profits for the period 2011 - 2015.
