Preconception and Misconception of Primary Education Pupils in the Crafts and Industrial Production in Tachov Area

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza žákovských pojetí vybraných pojmů, prekonceptů a miskoncepcí. Tematicky je zaměřena na pojmy řemeslo a průmyslová výroba na Tachovsku, se kterými se setkávají žáci 3. ročníku 1. stupně základní školy. Výzkumná část byla realizována s jednotlivými žáky prostřednictvím kvalitativního, hloubkového, polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl převeden do textové formy. Zpracování a vyhodnocení získaných dat bylo realizováno otevřeným kódováním s využitím dalších přidružených metod. V práci jsou porovnány prekoncepty s reálnými pojmy a hodnoceny jejich obsahové náplně. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou hypotézy, které nám říkají, že znalosti žáků prvního stupně základní školy v oblasti řemesla a průmyslová výroba jsou závislé na pohlaví a zaměstnání rodičů a příbuzných respondentů a nejsou závislé na bydlišti respondentů.

Abstract:

The theme of this diploma thesis is the analysis of pupils' interpretation of chosen concepts preconceptions and misconceptions. The topic is aimed at the concepts of craft and industrial production in Tachov region the pupils meet with in 3rd grade of primary school. The research part was realized with the individual pupils through qualitative, in-depth, partially structured interview, which was then converted into text form. The processing and evaluation of acquired data was realized with open coding by using other affiliated methods. The preconceptions and real concepts are compared in this thesis and their content is evaluated. The output of this diploma thesis are the hypotheses, which tell us, that the knowledge of crafts / professions and industrial production of primary school first grade pupils depends on sex, interviewee's parents' and relatives' job and are not dependent on the interviewees' residence.
