Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je základní teorie k formám bydlení v bytových družstvech a ve společenství vlastníků jednotek. Jsou popsány podmínky vzniku, zániku, členství, stanovy atd. Pozornost je věnována i hlavním hospodářským operacím, které jsou při účtování mezi formami bytového družstva a společenství vlastníků jednotek odlišné. Cílem práce je informovat studenty o daných formách bydlení, seznámit je s možnými výhodami a nevýhodami mezi bydlením v bytovém družstvu a ve společenství vlastníků jednotek. V praktické části je popsána příprava a průběh výuky na střední škole. Získané vědomosti žáků jsou ověřeny závěrečným testem.

Abstract:

The object of this work is the basic theory of the living forms in housing cooperatives and unit owners associations. There are described Conditions for the creation, liquidation, membership, statutes etc. in my thesis. Attention is also paid to the main economic operations that are in accounting between forms of housing cooperatives different units. The goal is to inform students about the forms of the living, to acquaint is with the potential advantages and disadvantages of the living in a housing association and the unit owners. The practical part describes the preparation and conduct of teaching in a high school. The knowledge acquired by pupils is verified in the final test.
