Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá užití formálních, dramaturgických a scenáristickýchpostupů ve dvou filmech Clinta Eastwooda Million Dollar Baby a Americký sniper.Rozborem prvního filmu jsme si ukázali, že způsob užití těchto postupů zde zestrany tvůrců vede k výrazně zkreslenému podání tématu, kterému se film věnuje(eutanazie) a ve výsledku se vůči němu jeví jako značně irelevantní. This diploma thesis analyses two films by Clint Eastwood Million Dollar Baby andAmerican Sniper. Its focus is aimed at the formal storytelling aspects, structure ofthe storyline and plot devices in the screenplays.
