Possibilities of Utilization of the Property of Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs in Market Conditions

Abstract:

Tato práce navazuje na bakalářskou práci, která se zaměřovala na charakteristiku Úřadu pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových a jeho činnosti při hospodaření s majetkem státu, což je shrnuto v prvních třech kapitolách. V následujících kapitolách je tato charakteristika rozšířena o soukromé subjekty participující na trhu s nemovitostmi, realitní kanceláře a situaci na samotném trhu nemovitostí. Závěrečná kapitola porovnává výsledky těchto dvou subjektů – veřejného a soukromého a nastiňuje možná zlepšení v činnostech Úřadu inspirovaná soukromým sektorem, pro který je jedním z hlavních cílů zisk.

Abstract:

This work builds on the bachelor thesis, which focused on the characterization of the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs and its activities in the management of state property, which is summarized in the first three chapters. In the following chapters, this characteristic is extended to private entities participating in the real estate market, real estate agent and the actual situation on the real estate market. The final chapter compares the results of these two entities – public and privet and it outlines possible improvements in the Office’s activities inspired by the private sector, for which one of the mail goals is profit.
