Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou územního plánování a především pak ochranou vlastnických práv v těchto procesech. Představuje právní nástroje, které jsou v těchto procesech používány a stručně popisuje průběh tvorby nového územního plánu pro hlavní město Prahu.
Abstract:
The bachelor work deals with questions of territorial planning and mainly with protection of property rights in these processes. It introduces legal instruments which are used in the processes and briefly describes creation of new territorial plan for Prague, the capital city.
