Limitations of State Aid in the European Union in Period of Economic Slowdown
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce by měla připomenout, popsat a vyhodnotit: (1) důvody potlačování státních podpor v EU (2) nástroje tohoto potlačování (3) praxi Komise a její kontrolu Soudním dvorem za běžných podmínek (4) úlevy přijaté v čase hospodářské recese (5) vyhodnocení účinnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis should review, explain and evaluate: (1) reasons for State Aid regulation in European Union (2) legal instruments of State Aid regulation (3) the practice of Commission and its review by the Court of Justice of the European Union under standard market conditions (4) response of European Union to the crisis (5) evaluation of the measures.
