Diplomová práce se zabývá únosem dítěte jedním z rodičů. Zaměřuje se na problematiku rodičovských únosů z hlediska trestního a občanského práva. Velká pozornost je věnována trestnému činu únosu dítěte a osoby stižené duševní poruchou. The thesis deals with the abduction of a child by one of the parents. It focuses on the issue of parental abduction from the perspective of criminal and civil law. Great attention is paid to the crime of abduction of a child and a person with a mental disorder.
