Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovních vztahů a komunikace v organizaci. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány jednotlivé typy vztahů a druhy komunikace. Dále zmiňuje působení vztahů na pracovní výkon a důležitost efektivní komunikace.Praktická část práce pomocí dotazníku, interview s team leaderem a firemních materiálů mapuje úroveň pracovních vztahů v organizaci a snaží se zjistit, zda tyto vztahy působí na pracovní výkon a dále pak identifikuje, jaké formy komunikace v organizaci probíhají.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with labor relations and communication in the organization. The theoretical part of the study focused on different types of relationships and types of communication. Also mentions the effect of the relationships on job performance and the importance of effective communication.Practical part of thesis uses a questionnaire, interview with the team leader and business materials to map the level of labor relationships in the organization. It tries to determine whether these relationships affect job performance and then to identify what are the formes of communication in the organization.
