Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě exegeze souvisejících ustanovení zákoníku práce a dotazníkových šetření mezi zaměstnavateli a zaměstnanci analyzovat současné využití částečných pracovních úvazků. Tato práce se zaměřuje na flexibilitu zaměstnávání, míru využití částečných pracovních úvazků a tyto hodnoty dále porovnává s okolními státy. Abstract:
The aim of the work is based on the exegesis of the related provisions of the Labour Code and surveys among employers and employees to analyze the current use of part-time jobs. This work focuses on the flexibility of employment, the utilization rate of part-time jobs and also compares these values with neighboring countries. It shows the evolution of the use of part-time jobs at home and abroad.
