Corporate Culture

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je firemní kultura. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické rovině je popsána a vymezena problematika firemní kultury. Důraz je kladen na typologii firemní kultury a porovnání názorů odborných autorů. Po souhrnu a vymezení problematiky firemní kultury následují prvky firemní kultury, změna firemní kultury a její diagnostika. Na závěr jsou uvedeny trendy ve firemní kultuře. V praktické části je uvedeno představení společnosti Schäfer-Menk s.r.o., kde byl proveden výzkum firemní kultury, a to za pomocí pozorování, rozhovorů s nadřízenými a podřízenými pracovníky a dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo online a písemnou formou. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byly poté zpracovány návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení stávající firemní kultury ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is Corporate culture. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the issue of corporate culture is described and defined. Emphasis is placed on the typology of corporate culture and comparing the views of academic authors. After summarizing and defining the issues of Corporate culture, the elements of corporate culture are described, followed by the changes in corporate culture and its diagnostics. At the end, the trends in corporate culture are presented. The practical part introduces the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o., where the research of corporate culture was conducted. Methods used included observations, interviews with superiors and employees and a questionnaire survey, which took place online and in writing. Based on the research, proposals and recommendations for improving existing Corporate culture in the company were developed.
