Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problematiku možného využití sociálních sítí pro získávání zaměstnanců. V úvodu práce je popsán teoretický základ zabezpečování lidských zdrojů v organizaci a činností, které s tímto souvisí. Dále jsou v teoretické části práce zmíněny nejznámější sociální sítě z českého i celosvětového prostředí a metody oslovení uchazečů, které lze na těchto sítích použít. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na využití sociálních sítí pro získávání zaměstnanců, v rámci kterého byli osloveni zástupci různých společností, které působí na českém trhu. Kromě popisu metodiky výzkumu jsou zde popsány i výsledky tohoto dotazníkového šetření, které jsou dále zkoumány v závislosti na velikosti společnosti a sektoru jejího působení. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta hlavní zjištění tohoto výzkumu, možnosti využití práce v praxi a je naznačen směr, kterým by se tento výzkum mohl dále rozvíjet.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on topical issues of the possible use of social networks for recruitment. In the introduction, the theoretical basis for securing human resources in the organization and activities linked with this topic is described. Furthermore, the theoretical section of the work is focused mainly on the well-known social networks both in the Czech Republic and in the global environment. Also the methods of reaching candidates that can be used through these networks are described. In the practical section of this work, the main focus is given on the survey regarding to the usage of social networks for recruitment. The survey was carried out through questionnaires which were addressed to representatives of companies operating on the Czech market. Besides the description of the research and its methodology, this part includes the results of the survey, which are then examined depending on the companys size and the sector in which the company operates. In the conclusion the main findings of this research are summarized, together with the possibilities of usage of this thesis in practice and the potential direction of further research.
