Popularity of the teacher at the primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce ,,Oblíbenost učitele na prvním stupni základní školy" má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat faktory oblíbenosti učitele prvního stupně základní školy u dětí mladšího školního věku. V kontextu tohoto výzkumu se jedná o subjektivní pohled žáků na své učitele. Jeho osobnostní vlastnosti a pedagogické dovednosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na učitele a žáky. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy jako učitel, osobnost učitele, role učitele, typologie učitele, vyučovací styly učitele a pojem třídní učitel. Dále je zde věnována kapitola pojmu ideální učitel a profesním požadavkům na učitele. Pozornost je vě-nována i na žáka a charakteristiku mladšího školního věku. Praktická část je soustředěna na kvantitativním výzkumu. Jsou zde stanoveny cíle a předpo-klady výzkumu. Výzkum se soustředil na vlastnosti učitele, které žáci považují za důležité. Šetření bylo prováděno metodou dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnili žáci základní školy v Litoměřicích. Výsledky šetření jsou znázorněny grafy a ta-bulkami. V závěru jsou shrnuty získané poznatky o oblíbenosti učitele u dětí mladšího školního věku.

Abstract:

This thesis " Popularity of the teacher at the primary school " has a theoretical-research cha-racter. The aim of this thesis is to explaine the factors of popularity of primary school teacher among children of younger school age. In the context of this research, it is a subjective view of students on their teachers. His personality characteristics and pedagogical skills. The theoretical part is focused on teachers and pupils. There are defined terms such as tea-cher, teacher personality, role of teacher, teacher typology, teacher teaching styles and the term class teacher. Furthermore, there is a chapter devoted to the concept of ideal teacher and professional requirements for teachers. Attention is also paid to the pupil and characteristics of the younger school age. The practical part is based on quantitative research. There are defined objectives and prerequisites of the research. Research focused on teacher qualities that pupils consider im-portant. The survey was carried out using the questionnaire of own construction. Pupils of the elementary school in Litoměřice participated in the questionnaire survey. The results of the survey are shown in graphs and tables. The conclusion summarizes the knowledge gained about the popularity of teachers in chil-dren of younger school age.
