Analýza poškození odběrového potrubí z uhlíkové feriticko-perlitické oceli vnitřního okruhu chlazení motoru dieselgenerátorové stanice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu poškození odběrového potrubí vnitřního okruhu chlazení diesel generátorové stanice a analýzu svařování metodou TIG/WIG (141) při výrobě svarů z feriticko-perlitické oceli v kontextu jejich metalurgické svařitelnosti a degradačních mechanismů svarových spojů. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce je strukturována do několika sekcí, které důkladně popisují různé aspekty této problematiky. Začíná se zaměřením na jadernou energetiku, která je klíčovým kontextem pro aplikace těchto materiálů. Dále práce definuje základní pojmy svařování a přibližuje specifika metody TIG/WIG (141), která je používána při výrobě svarů z feriticko-perlitických ocelí. Další část práce se věnuje možným vadám svarových spojů, které mohou vznikat při svařování těchto materiálů, a degradačním mechanismům, které se u nich projevují. Zabývá se zejména výskytem a charakteristikou těchto jevů a jejich dopadem na kvalitu svarů. Cílem práce je provést důkladnou analýzu metalurgické svařitelnosti feriticko-perlitických ocelí a navrhnout efektivní metody kontroly a prevence možných vad svarových spojů. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány a diskutovány výsledky experimentu s ohledem na metalurgickou strukturu, mechanické vlastnosti a degradační procesy svarových spojů. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou navrhována opatření pro optimalizaci procesu svařování a prevenci možných degradačních jevů ve svarových spojích. Celkově práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na specifika svařitelnosti feriticko-perlitických ocelí metodou TIG/WIG a přináší praktické návrhy pro zlepšení kvality svarových spojů v oblasti jaderné energetiky či jiných technických odvětvích, kde jsou tyto materiály běžně využívány.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the damage of the intake pipe of the internal cooling circuit of the diesel generating station and the analysis of welding by the TIG/WIG method (141) in the production of welds of corrosion-resistant Cr-Ni (Mo) steels in the context of their metallurgical weldability and the degradation of the mechanisms of weld joints. The theoretical-methodological part of the work is structured into several areas that describe various aspects of this issue. It begins with a focus on nuclear energy, which is the key context for the application of these materials. Furthermore, the thesis defines the basic concepts of welding and provides an overview of the specifics of the TIG/WIG method (141), which is used in the production of stainless steel welds. The next part of the work is devoted to the possible defects of weld joints that may arise during the welding of these materials, and the degradation mechanisms that manifest themselves in them. It mainly deals with the occurrence and characteristics of these phenomena and their impact on the quality of welds. The aim of the work is to perform a thorough analysis of the metallurgical weldability of corrosion-resistant Cr-Ni (Mo) steels and to propose effective methods of control and prevention of possible weld joint defects. At the end of the work, the results of the experiment are weakened and discussed with regard to the metallurgical structure, mechanical properties and degradation processes of the weld joints. Based on these findings, measures are proposed to optimize the welding process and prevent possible degradation phenomena in welded joints. Overall, the work provides a comprehensive view of the specifics of welding stainless steels by the TIG/WIG method and brings practical suggestions for improving the quality of weld joints in the area of application in nuclear energy or other technical sectors where these materials are commonly used.
