Teaching foreign languages to children with learning disabilities

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studenty se specifickými poruchami učení v cizojazyčné výuce.Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která detailně popisuje jednotlivé poruchy učení a dále na praktickou část, která se zabývá konkrétním příkladem studenta s SPU. Práce se také snaží najít odpověď na otázku, který z jazyků - anglický nebo německý - je pro studenty s SPU více vhodný. Cílem je také nalézt optimální metody a kompenzační pomůcky, které mohou pomoci při výuce cizího jazyka.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on students with learning disabilities in foreign language education. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which describes each learning disability in detail and furter into a practical part which focuses on a concrete example of a student with learning disabilities. This thesis is also trying to answer which language - English or German - is for students with learning disabilities more suitable. The aim is also to find methods and various exercises that can help while learning a foreign language.
