Diplomová práce „Zdravé klima v týmu pracovníků nestátní neziskové organizace“ pojednává o klimatu na pracovišti. V práci se zabývám vztahem člověka a práce, charakteristikou týmové práce, nestátních neziskových organizací, týmu a klimatu na pracovišti.
