The analysis of the motivational program in a selected organization

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza odměňování a motivace v organizaci Composit Airplanes, spol. s r.o., která se zabývá výrobou laminátových dílů. Impulsem k vypracování práce bylo, že zaměstnanci této firmy jsou dlouhodobě nespokojení se svým odměňováním. Cílem práce je návrh vhodných doporučení vedoucích k případnému zlepšení situace v organizaci, přičemž se především vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno na zaměstnancích společnosti, a je součástí praktické části DP. V teoretické části práce budou z dostupné literatury analyzovány informace o pracovním výkonu, motivaci, odměňování, zaměstnaneckých výhodách a vzdělávání zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The theme of this dissertation is an analysis of remuneration and motivation in the organization called Composit Airplanes, spol. s r.o., which manufactures fiberglass parts. The impetus for my dissertation was that the employees of this company have been dissatisfied with their wages for long time. The goal is determination of appropriate recommendations for an eventual improvement in the organization, while primarily based on a survey that was carried out to company employees, and it is practical part of the dissertation. In the theoretical part will be analyzed information about job performance, motivation, remuneration, employee benefits and employee training.
