Cílem práce je odkrýt a zmapovat potřeby, které jsou nejvíce popisovány v rámci rozhovorů s lidmi, kteří poprvé čelí odsouzení trestu odnětí svobody. Z dostupné literatury lze vyvozovat, že prvotrestaným vězňům je věnována poměrně malá pozornost, a to i přes velmi specifické charakteristiky této skupiny odsouzených. The aim of this thesis is to uncover and map the needs that are most described within interviews with individuals facing imprisonment for the first time. From available literature, it can be inferred that first-time prisoners receive relatively little attention, despite the very specific characteristics of this group of convicts.
