Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Analýza činnosti Pražské informační služby v letech 2009-2013. Cílem této práce je zaznamenat změny statutu Pražské informační služby v letech 2009-2013, identifikovat jejich vliv na změny činnosti této příspěvkové organizace. V první části se práce zabývá problematikou destinačního managementu, jeho úrovněmi a jeho financováním. Popisuje význam destinačního managementu, jeho problémy i prvky. Důležitou součástí teoretické části je i institucionální zabezpečení organizací destinačního managementu, pro pochopení fungování organizací destinačního managementu v České republice. V analytické části jsou popsané činnosti Pražské informační služby v posledních pěti letech. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že Pražská informační služba realizuje každým rokem různé projekty jak pro domácí, tak pro zahraniční turisty. Z indexních analýz v této práci vyplynulo, že Prahu navštěvuje stále více turistů ze zemí BRICS, tedy z Brazílie, Indie, Ruska, Číny a Jižní Afriky. Naopak počet příjezdů turistů z Velké Británie a Itálie v posledních letech klesá. Dále z práce vyplývá, že obraty PIS jsou velmi nestabilní. Na základě zjištěných informací je v návrhové části navržena mobilní aplikace pro usnadnění cestování po Praze.

Abstract:

The thesis on the analysis of the activities of the Prague City Tourism in 2009-2013. The aim of this thesis is to write down the change in status Prague City Tourism in 2009-2013, to identify their impact on changes in the activities of the funded organization. The first part of the thesis deals with destination management, its level and its financing. It Describes the importance of destination management, its problems and elements. An important part of the theoretical part is the institutional security organizing of destination management, for understanding of destination management organizations in the Czech Republic. The analytical section describes the activities of the Prague City Tourism in the last five years. The result of this thesis is the finding that the Prague City Tourism carriers out each year for various projects both domestic and foreign tourists. The index-based analyzes in this study showed that Prague attends more and more tourists from BRICS countries, namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. Conversely the number of tourist arrival from the United Kingdom and Italy declined in recent years. Furthermore, the work shows that the turnover of Prague City Tourism are very unstable. Based on information in the thesis I designed the mobile application designed to facilitate travel in Prague.
