Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce na téma „Držení a nošení zbraně“ je představit a analyzovat právní úpravu v České republice od minulosti do současnosti. V první části práce je popsána právní úprava držení a nošení zbraně v historickém kontextu vývoje od poloviny 19. století do současnosti, zejména rozdíly mezi jednotlivými předpisy. The main topic of this bachelor thesis „Right to keep and bear arms“ is to introduce and to analyse legal regulation in the Czech republic in the past and today.
