Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření architektonické studie na obnovení hospodářského dvora zámku Skalice v souladu s požadavky památkového ústavu a představami vlastníka areálu. Smyslem práce je zhodnotit současný stav a navrhnout, jak tyto prostory efektivně využít a zároveň nenarušit historický odkaz těchto objektů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V úvodu je popsán důvod výběru tématu a úvod do problému. V druhé kapitole je definován cíl práce. Kapitola tři je věnována teoretické problematice přípravy obnovy památek, také je zde zformulován výzkumný problém a metodika celé práce. Čtvrtá kapitola řeší konkrétně areál zámku Skalice, je zde stručně popsána historie areálu, současný stav, požadavky památkového ústavu, představy vlastníka a stručný popis návrhu. V závěru jsou shrnuty jednotlivé poznatky, výsledky diskuzí a výběr nejvhodnější varianty řešení. Nedílnou součástí práce tvoří příloha sestávající z vlastní architektonické studie, která obsahuje textovou a výkresovou část.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims to make an architectural study dealing with a reconstruction of the Skalice Château farmstead in compliance with the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission’s requirements, as well as with the ideas of the premises owner. The thesis purports to evaluate the premises’ present-day condition, and to propose how to use them efficiently without violating their heritage of the past. The thesis is divided in several chapters. The introduction describes the grounds for the choice of the thesis subject-matter as well as the introduction itself to the subject-matter. The second chapter defines the aim of the thesis. The third chapter attends to the theoretical matters of preparations for a historic building reconstruction; it also frames the research subject and the methods of the thesis. The fourth chapter deals specifically with the Skalice Château premises, briefly described are: a history of the premises, their present-day condition, Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission’s requirements, owner’s ideas, and a concise proposition. The conclusion summarises individual findings, discussion outcomes, as well as the most suitable and convenient design option. An appendix consisting of the architectural study itself, with text and drawing sections included, forms an integral part of the thesis.
