The methodology of investigating crimes against life

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je popsat metodiku vyšetřování dílčích druhů trestných činů proti životu a charakterizovat přesnou hranici mezi těmito trestnými činy. Kompletní práce je rozčleněna do celkem pěti kapitol a několika podkapitol. V první kapitole je vymezena právní úprava trestných činů proti životu a vymezení základních pojmů vztahujících se k danému tématu z hlediska teoretické části. Druhá kapitola zachycuje jednotlivé druhy trestných činů proti životu s jejich popisem, typickými atributy či členěními. Třetí kapitola je věnována samostatné metodice vyšetřování konkrétního trestného činu vraždy. Čtvrtá kapitola pokračuje ohledáním místa činu, jeho jednotlivými druhy, podstatou, subjekty, dokumentací či negativními vlivy, jež místo činu ovlivňují. Pátá kapitola uzavírá bakalářskou práci uvedením zvláštností, které mohou nastat při vyšetřování.

Abstract:

The main purpose of my bachelor’s thesis is to describe the methodology of investigating particular types of crimes against life and to characterize exact distinction between such crimes. Thesis is divided into five chapters and subchapters. The first chapter defines legislation crimes against life and basic theoretical terminology. The second chapter is about particular types of crimes against life, typical attributes, and their classifications. The third chapter is focused on the methodology of investigating murder. Fourth chapter follows with crime scene investigation, its individual types, substances, subjects, documentation, and negative effects influencing crime scenes. Lastly, the fifth chapter concludes the thesis with curiosities that may occur during investigations.
