Tato diplomová práce má za cíl prozkoumat vztah mezi hypotečním spreadem, trhem s nemovitostmi a hospodářským cyklem v prostředí české ekonomiky. This thesis aims to investigate the relationship between mortgage spread, real estate market, and business cycle in the Czech economy. The thesis starts with introducing various transmission mechanisms, an overview of the literature concerning the topic. It uses data from 2006 to the beginning of 2019.
