Abstract:
Práce je věnována manažerským postupům řízení výkonnosti v pracovním týmu. Popisuje jednotlivé metody určené k řízení a vedení lidí, nastavení vhodné motivace, a tím splnění zadaného společného cíle celého týmu. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is dedicated to procedures which efficiency management of the working team uses. It describes individual methods for operation and leading people, using convenient motivation and realizing a common team objective as well.
