Cílem diplomové práce je na základě rozboru vnitrofiremní komunikace vyhodnotit její fungování a navrhnout možná zlepšení jak odstranit komunikační bariéry. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate functioning of internal communication based on an analysis of internal communication and to propose possible improvements how to eliminate the communication barriers.
