Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký dopad má zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb (dále jen EET) a zvýšení minimální mzdy na mimosezónní nezaměstnanost v pohostinství v okrese Děčín. Řešení vybrané problematiky předcházela pilotáž a zkoumání faktorů, které by teoreticky mohly mít vliv na nezaměstnanost v dané lokalitě a oboru pohostinství. Metodou pro sběr primárních dat byl zvolen dotazník. Zdrojem sekundárních dat byly informace o vývoji počtu nově evidovaných uchazečů v oboru pohostinství ze statistik Úřadu práce ČR, krajské pobočky v Ústí nad Labem, kontaktního pracoviště v Děčíně. Na základě získaných informací z primárních a sekundárních dat došlo k zhodnocení míry dopadu zavedení EET a zvýšení minimální mzdy na mimosezónní nezaměstnanost v pohostinství v okrese Děčín. Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že dopad zavedení EET na počty nově evidovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání v pohostinství v okrese Děčín je v případě sekundárních dat statisticky nevýznamný. Z hlediska vlivu zvyšování minimální mzdy bylo zjištěno, že přímo neovlivňuje počty nově evidovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání, její vliv je však nepřímý. U primárních dat hodnotily respondenti vliv EET a zvyšování minimální mzdy jako nevýznamný. Z obou pramenů dat lze vyvodit, že zavedení EET a zvýšení minimální mzdy, nemělo na mimosezónní nezaměstnanost (počty nově evidovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání) v pohostinství v okrese Děčín statisticky významný vliv, z šetření dále vyplynulo překvapivé zjištění, a sice nepřímý vliv zvyšování minimální mzdy na nezaměstnanost.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to find out what the impact of the introduction of the electronic revenue of sales (hereinafter referred to as ERS) and the increase of the minimum wage on non-seasonal unemployment in hospitality in the district of Decin. The solution of selected issues was preceded by piloting and exploring factors that could theoreticly, have an impact on unemployment in hospotlity in the given area. A questionnaire was selected using the primary data collection method. The source of secondary data was information about the development of the number of newly registered applicants in the hospitality from statistics of the Czech Labor Office, regional branch in Usti nad Labem, contact point in Decin. On the basis of the information obtained from the primary and secondary data, the impact of the introduction of the ERS and the increase of the minimum wage on the non-seasonal unemployment in the hospitality in the district of Decin was assessed. The survey found that the impact of introducing the ERS on the number of newly registered jobseekers in hospitality in the district of Decin is statistically insignificant in the case of secondary data. From the point of view of the impact of raising the minimum wage, it was found that it does not directly affect the number of newly registered job seekers, but its influence is indirect. For primary data, the respondents assessed the ERS's impact and the increase in the minimum wage as insignificant. From both data sources it can be concluded that the introduction of the ERS and the increase in the minimum wage did not have a statistically significant influence on the non-seasonal unemployment (number of newly registered job seekers) in hospitALITY in the district of Decin, the survey also revealed a surprising finding, the indirect effect of raising the minimum wage on unemployment.
