Business plan – marketing agency focused on working with social networks.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro podnikatelský nápad založení marketingové agentury zaměřené na práci se sociálními sítěmi. Podnikatelský plán slouží k ověření realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti nápadu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická obsahující literární rešerše o základních pojmech a metodách souvislých s podnikatelským plánem a popis jeho jednotlivých částí. Druhá část se věnuje vypracování podnikatelského plánu. V rámci plánu byly vymezené potřeby potenciálních klientů a popsané produkty agentury, které by měly tyto potřeby uspokojit. Agentura nabízí dva typy produktu. Prvním typem je poskytování marketingových služeb souvisejících se sociálními sítěmi a druhým – tvorba školicích programů. Byly stanovené krátkodobé, střednědobé a dlouhodobé cíle společnosti a představen business model pomocí metody Lean Canvas. V rámci analýzy trhu byla vypracovaná PEST analýza, ze které vychází několik hrozeb a příležitostí pro agenturu. Analýza trhu je také doplněna o rozhovor s odborníkem a dotazníkovým šetřením provedeným autorem. Pomocí analýzy zákazníků byly identifikované potenciální zákazníky pro dva produkty marketingové agentury. Následně byla provedena analýza konkurentů, v rámci které byli stanoveni hlavní konkurenti agentury, popsaná jejích nabídka a jedinečnost. Další část byla zaměřená na vypracování marketingového mixu, který obsahuje popis produktů, jejich součástí a proces distribuce produktů agentury. Také byl představen možný způsob marketingové komunikace a určená cenová politika agentury. Poté následuje finanční plán, který představil možný plán nákladů a výnosů, výkaz zisků a ztrát společnosti, plán cash flow, výpočet bodu zvratu a provedenou analýzu citlivosti. Poslední část podnikatelského plánu se věnovala analýze rizik, kde byla vymezená potenciální rizika pro marketingovou agenturu a byl popsán jejich dopad na společnost. Také byla provedena SWOT analýza, jejíž výsledky autor představil prostřednictvím tabulky. Závěr je vyhodnocením podnikatelského nápadu autorem

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aimed to develop a business plan for a business idea of setting up a marketing agency focused on working with social networks. The business plan is used to test the feasibility and viability of the idea. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains literature research on basic concepts and methods related to the business plan, as well as a description of its components. The second part deals with the development of a business plan, which identifies the needs of potential clients and describes the agency's products to meet those needs. The agency offers two types of products: social media marketing services and training programs. The company has established short-, medium-, and long-term goals and presented its business model using the Lean Canvas method. As part of the market analysis, a PEST analysis has been conducted, identifying several threats and opportunities for the agency. The market analysis includes an interview with an expert and a questionnaire survey conducted by the author. The customer analysis was used to identify potential customers for two of the marketing agency's products. Next, a competitor analysis was conducted to determine the agency's main competitors, describe their offerings, and highlight their uniqueness. The following section focused on developing a marketing mix, which included a description of the products, their components, and the agency's product distribution process. Additionally, a possible marketing communication method was presented, and the agency's pricing policy was determined. The next section of the business plan is the financial plan. It includes a cost and revenue plan, the company's income statement, a cash flow plan, a calculation of the break-even point, and a sensitivity analysis. The final part of the business plan is dedicated to risk analysis, identifying potential risks to the marketing agency and describing their impact on the company. Additionally, a SWOT analysis was conducted, and the results were presented in a table. The conclusion evaluates the business idea.
