Abstract:
Bakalářská práce studuje bioakumulaci hexachlorcyklohexanů v mechorostech v lokalitě Hájek, konkrétně kolem Ostrovského potoka. Praktická část se týká odběrů vzorků mechorostů, jejich následného určení, měření koncentrace hexachlorcyklohexanů ve vzorcích metodou GC-MS/MS a porovnání koncentrací HCH v mechorostech a vodě. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis studies the bioaccumulation of hexachlorocyclohexanes in mosses in the Hájek locality, specifically around the Ostrovský brook. The practical part deals with concerns the sampling of mosses, their subsequent determination, measurement of hexachlorocyclohexane concentration in samples by GC-MS / MS and comparison of HCH concentration measurements in mosses and water.
