Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl provést analýzu stávajícího systému řízení pohledávek a kreditní-ho rizika ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou kreditního rizika, řízením kreditního rizika a řízením a správou pohledávek. V kapitole zaměřené na řízení kreditního rizika je provedena jeho analýza, snižování, evidence odběratelů a metody měření rizika. Praktická část reflektuje teoretické poznatky z první části aplikované na konkrétní společnosti. Konkrétní společnost je nejprve charakterizována a následně je provedena finanční analýza za období 2016 až 2020. Kapitola číslo pět analyzuje systém řízení pohledávek v podniku. V této kapitole jsou rozebrány metody řízení a snižování rizika, monitoring pohledávek, zajišťovací instrumenty využívané společností a dopady problémových pohledávek. Na závěr jsou navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení systému řízení pohledávek a kreditního rizika analyzované společnosti.

Abstract:

This Master’s thesis aims to analyze the current system of receivables and credit risk ma-nagement system in a selected company. The content of this thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of credit risk, credit risk management and receivables management. The chapter devoted to credit risk management describes its analysis, reduction, customer registration and risk measurement methods. The practical part reflects the theoretical knowledge from the first part applied to the specific company. In a specific company, it is firstly described and then a financial analysis is per-formed for the period 2016 to 2020. Chapter number five analyzes the receivables management system in the company. It describes the methods of risk management and reduction, monitoring of receivables, hedging instruments used by the company and the impact of problem receivables. In conclusion, suitable measures are proposed to improve the receivables and credit risk management system of the analyzed company.
