Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Leniency programy, které jsou jedním z hlavních nástrojů v boji proti kartelovým dohodám v EU a ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnotit aplikovatelnost Leniency programů. This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of Leniency programs which are one of the main tools in the fight against cartels in the EU and the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate applicability of Leniency programs.
