Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma organizační kultury v podniku Chart Ferox a.s. s ohledem na bezpečnost práce. Nejprve teoreticky zpracovává problematiku podnikové kultury a také bezpečnosti práce. Poté se zabývá průzkumem v řadách zaměstnanců firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of corporate culture in Chart Ferox a.s. with regards to workplace safety. It deals with this topic first, on a theoretical level, and then it applies this theory into the real world using a survey among the employees.
