Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonu pracovníků. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení personální práce, definic a charakteristiku hodnocení pracovníků, dále je zde definován a vymezen předmět, formy, kritéria a metody hodnocení pracovníků, vymezen hodnotící rozhovor a osoba hodnotitele, definovány vazby hodnocení pracovníků na ostatní personální činnosti. Teoretická část rovněž obsahuje kritiku konceptu hodnocení výkonu pracovníků a na závěr obsahuje krátké shrnutí poznatků ve formě obecných zásad hodnocení pracovníků. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu hodnotícího systému vybraného subjektu a navržená opatření. Praktická část je rozdělena na popis analyzovaného subjektu, jeho činností, organizační struktury, pracovních pozic. V druhé části je navržen hodnotící systém pro daný subjekt.

Abstract:

This master thesis is primarily focused on the evaluation of employee performance. The theoretical part defines human resources agenda and includes chapters about characteristics of employee performance evaluation process. There can be found definition, subject, forms, criteria and methods of employee evaluation, course of action during evaluation interview and link between evaluation of employees and other aspects of the human resources work. There is also included criticism of the employee evaluation concept and a brief summary of findings in the form of general principles of employee evaluations. The practical part contains an analysis of the evaluation system of the selected entity and the proposed measures. The practical part is divided into a description of the analyzed entity, its activities, organizational structure and layout of duties and responsibilities. In the second part of the practical part there is introduced new designed evaluation system for the chosen entity.
