Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Domácí hospicová péče v ČR“ mapuje a analyzuje domácí paliativní péči o nevyléčitelné a umírající v České republice a také v některých zemích Evropské unie. Nastiňuje vývoj domácí hospicové péče, včetně popisu práce zdravotníků od prvního kontaktu s klientem až po práci s pozůstalými. Zabývá se legislativou a problematikou financování. Hlavním cílem této práce je srovnání a vyhodnocení domácí paliativní péče v České republice se zeměmi Evropské unie a hledání možností ke zkvalitnění domácí hospicové péči

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Home hospice care in the Czech Republic" attempts to survey and analyze home paliative care for the dying and the terminally ill both in the Czech Republic and in a few other countries in the EU. It traces the development of home hospice care and includes a detailed description of the responsibilities facing the medical staff – ranging from the first encounter with the client to working with the relatives of the deceased client. It also deals with related legistlative and financial issues. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate this type of care in the Czech Republic, compare it with the situation in other EU countries and provide overall ways of improving it.
