V diplomové práci bych se chtěla zabývat základními informacemi týkajících se diskriminace, jejími formami a také nejfrekventovanějšími diskriminačními důvody ve vztahu k zaměstnancům a uchazečům o zaměstnání. Dále bych se zabývala právní úpravou ochrany před diskriminací a činností institucí a organizací, které se zabývají pomoci obětem diskriminace.
