Bakalářská práce se zabývá během do vrchu a jeho odlišnostmi od běhu po rovině, pojednává také o vlivu běhání na pohybový aparát. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o struktuře a mechanických vlastnostech jednotlivých složek pohybového aparátu a sleduje adaptaci těchto struktur na běžecký trénink. Presented bachelor thesis deals with the difference between hill running and classic running and discusses an impact of running on musculoskeletal system.
