Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem penitenciaristiky k jiným vědám. V první kapitole se věnuje analýze pojmu penitenciaristika, vztahem jednotlivých vědních disciplín, jako je psychologie, pedagogika či sociologie, s penitenciární vědou a jejich využitelnosti ve vězeňské praxi. This thesis deals with the relationship of penology to other sciences. The first chapter is devoted to analysis of the concept penology, the relationship between various disciplines such as psychology, pedagogy and sociology, with penology science and their applicability in prison practice.
