Crystal growth in undercooled melts of Se-Te system
Abstract:
Tématem této práce je studium růstu krystalů ve skelném systému Se1-xTex, kde x je 0,1; 0,2 a 0,3. Růst krystalů v objemových vzorcích byl pozorován pomocí optického mikroskopu vybaveného kamerou snímající obraz v infračervené oblasti. Vzorky byly připraveny izotermní temperací. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is study of the crystal growth in glassy system Se1xTex, where x is 0,1; 0,2 and 0,3. The crystal growth in bulk samples was observed by optical microscope equipped with camera working in infrared region of spectrum. Samples were prepared by isothermal annealing.
