Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem stresu jako faktoru ovlivňujícího pracovní prostředí a možnostmi prevence v konkrétním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kde v teoretické části je definován stres a vše, co s ním souvisí, a v praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky konkrétní firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of stress as a factor influencing the working environment and the possibilities of prevention in a specific company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts, where in the theoretical part stress and everything related to it is defined and in the practical part the results of a specific company are analyzed.
