Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat míru psychické zátěže ošetřovatelského personálu pracujícího na pedopsychiatrickém oddělení a gerontopsychiatrickém oddělení ve vybraných psychiatrických nemocnicích v České republice. Jako výzkumná metoda byl použit standardizovaný Meisterův dotazník psychické zátěže, který byl doplněn o demografické údaje. Výzkumný soubor tvořil 181 žen a 23 mužů. Data byla pracována …more
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis was to find out the degree of psychological stress of nursing staff working in paedopsychiatric and gerontopsychiatric wards in selected psychiatric hospitals in the Czech Republic.
