Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku„ popisuje, jaké motivační nástroje firma používá k udržení spokojenosti a stálosti zaměstnanců. K analýze této problematiky autorka vybrala firmu JHComp s.r.o., kde podrobně rozebere motivační nástroje. Autorka provede výzkum na základě dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem, ale také na základě vlastního pozorování. První část práce se zabývá teorií dané problematiky, kde autorka popisuje pojmy jako je motivace, stimulace, systém odměňování, pracovní výkon, atd. Na základě této teoretické části autorka stanoví výzkumné otázky, na které bude hledat odpovědi v následující části. V aplikační části práce bude autorka provádět výzkum samotný. Závěrem vyhodnotí výsledky dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru i vlastního pozorování a navrhne opatření ke zlepšení motivačního systému dané firmy.

Abstract:

The bachelor work on "Motivation and Stimulation of Employees in a Selected Business" describes what motivation tools the company uses to maintain employee satisfaction and stability. To analyze this issue, the author chose JHComp s.r.o., where she discusses in detail the motivation tools. The author carries out research based on a questionnaire survey, an interview with the supervisor, but also on her own observations. The first part of the bachelor work deals with the theory of the given issue, where the author describes concepts such as motivation, stimulation, employee ratings, work performance, etc. Based on this theoretical part, the author sets out the research questions for which she will look for answers in the following section. In the application part of the work the author will conduct research. Finally, the author evaluates the results of the questionnaire, interview, and own observations and provides suggestions to improve the company's motivation system.
