Abstract:
Operační zákrok představuje pro organizmus velkou stresovou zátěž. Na základě aktuálních vědeckých poznatků byly vytvořeny tzv. postupy šetrné chirurgie nebo také zrychleného pooperačního zotavení (ERAS), které kladou důraz na předoperační přípravu a pooperační podporu pacientů za účelem snížení výskytu komplikací po operaci. Surgery represents a great stress on the human body. Based on current scientific knowledge, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) guidelines have been created, which emphasize preoperative preparation and postoperative support of patients in order to reduce the incidence of complications after surgery.
