Finanční výhody a nevýhody v prodeji a nákupu v e-shopech

Abstract:
Online nakupování stále více oslovuje zákazníky po zkušenostech s pandemií COVID-19. Cílem práce je zhodnocení finančních výhod a nevýhody e-commerce s pandemií COVID-19 a navrhnutí trendů. Pro řešení dané problematiky byly využity metody dotazníkového šetření, analýzy časových řad, dat a statistik. Online shopping is increasingly appealing to customers after the experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the work is to evaluate the financial advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce on the domestic market and to analyze the COVID-19 pandemic and propose trends.
