Tato práce je věnována trestu domácího vězení, jako nové formě alternativního trestu. Stručně popisuje témata, která jsou s pojmem domácího vězení úzce spjata. Charakterizuje alternativní tresty, které se v České republice ukládají, zejména pak trest domácího vězení. Zabývá se realizací, kontrolou a účinností trestu domácího vězení. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the punishment of a house arrest as a new formo an alternative sentence. The topics that are closely linked to the house arrest are briefly described there. The kinds of penalties that are used in the Czech Republic, especially the house arrest, are characterized in the thesis, too.
